5ème Forum International contre les Grands Projets Inutiles et Imposés – Bagnaria Arsa, 17 – 19 Juillet 2015
Bagnaria Arsa, comune del Friuli Venezia Giulia, ospiterà dal 17 al 19 luglio 2015 il 5° Forum Internazionale contro le Grandi Opere Inutili ed Imposte, organizzato dal locale Comitato No Tav e dal Comitato Controlatav di Portogruaro (VE).

Il Forum si era tenuto nelle precedenti edizioni a Bussoleno (Valle Susa, 2011), a Notre-Dame-des-Landes (Francia, 2012), a Stoccarda (Germania, 2013) e a Roșia Montană (Romania, 2014).
Nelle tre giornate di incontri si alterneranno presentazioni di associazioni e comitati italiani e stranieri (provenienti – tra l’altro – da Francia, Germania, Regno Unito, Romania e Spagna), relazioni di esperti e workshops.
Venerdì 17 luglio si parlerà di “uso e abuso delle risorse” con Michele Corti esperto in centrali a biogas, Elena Mazzoni della Campagna Stop TTIP farà il punto sui provvedimenti della UE sul TTIP, Martin Pigeon del Corporate Europe Observatory affronterà il tema del condizionamento delle lobby a Bruxelles.
Sabato 18 luglio verrà affrontato il tema della “Corruzione e infiltrazioni mafiose nelle grandi opere” con Marco Fraceti dell’Osservatorio Antimafia Monza Brianza, con Ivan Cicconi esperto in appalti pubblici e Alberto Vannucci dell’Università di Pisa autore del libro “Atlante della corruzione”, e Daniel Ibanez presenterà il suo libro “Traffici di tutti i tipi” sul progetto di nuova linea ferroviaria Torino-Lione.
Domenica 19 luglio la conclusione del Forum con l’intervento di Paolo Mattone del Controsservatorio Valsusa sul tema “Democrazia, il diritto di opporsi” con interventi di Stuttgart 21 e Stop HS2 e il workshop “Grandi Opere nel Mondo” animato da Mike Geddes di Stop HS2
Le serate saranno animate da musiche di Alessandra Kersevan e Alessio Velliscig e VivaOndeFurlane.

La manifestazione è già iniziata con una carovana ciclistica No Tav che, partita dalla Valle Susa mercoledì 8 luglio, raggiungerà dopo 540 chilometri e otto tappe Bagnaria Arsa, sede del 5° Forum Internazionale contro le Grandi Opere Inutili e Imposte con lo scopo di incontrare e coinvolgere lungo il percorso numerosi comitati di lotta e condividere con loro idee ed esperienze.
From 17th to 19th July 2015, Bagnaria Arsa (Udine), in the region of Friuli Venezia Giulia, Italy, will host the 5th International Forum against Unnecessary and Imposed Mega Projects organized by the local No Tav Commitee and the Committee Controlatav of Portogruaro (Venice).

The Forum has previously been held in Bussoleno (Valle Susa, Italy 2011), at Notre-Dame-des-Landes (France, 2012), Stuttgart (Germany, 2013) and Roşia Montanӑ (Romania, 2014).
The three day meeting will alternate presentations by opposition groups from Italy and abroad (from – among others – France, Germany, United Kingdom, Romania and Spain), with expert reports and workshops.
Friday, 17th July will focus on the “use and abuse of resources” with Michele Corti an expert in biogas plants. Elena Mazzoni of Stop TTIP campaign will report on developments in the EU on TTIP, while Martin Pingeon of the Corporate Europe Observatory will address the issue of lobbying in Brussels.
Saturday, July 18th will deal with the issue of “corruption and Mafia infiltration in megaprojects” with Marco Fraceti from the Observatory Antimafia Monza Brianza; Ivan Cicconi an expert in government procurement; and Alberto Vannucci from the University of Pisa and author of the book “Atlas of Corruption”. Daniel Ibanez will present his book “Traffic of all Types” about the proposed Lyon-Turin TGV line.
On Sunday, July 19th the Forum will conclude with the participation of Paolo Mattone from the Controsservatorio Valsusa, speaking on ”Democracy and the right to object” together with opposition groups Stuttgart 21 and StopHS2; and a workshop on “Megaprojects in Latin America” led by Mike Geddes of Stop HS2.
The evenings will be enlivened by music by Alessandra Kersevan et Alessio Velliscig and VivaOndeFurlane.

The event has already started with a No TAV cycle caravan from the Susa Valley having left on Wednesday July 8th and which will reach Bagnaria Arsa, the location of the 5th International Forum against Unnecessary Imposed Mega Projects, after 540km and 8 stages, and meeting and engaging with numerous opposition groups along the way, sharing their ideas and experiences.

Dimanche 19 Juillet la conclusion du Forum avec la participation de Paolo Mattone du Controsservatorio Valsusa sur le thème “La démocratie, le droit d’opposition” avec les groupes d’opposition Stuttgart 21 et Stop HS2 et l’atelier “Grands Projets en Amérique Latine », animé par Mike Geddes de Stop HS2.
Les soirées seront animées par les musiciens Alessandra Kersevan et Alessio Velliscig et VivaOndeFurlane.
